What we do with what you send us

When you submit a review we store the name you give us (if any), your email address, your story, and technical details such as your IP address and browser. We use your email only to contact you about your submission, for example to ask a clarifying question. We never publish it, sell it or share it.

If we publish your review, only the story itself appears on the site. Names, emails and any other identifying details are withheld.

We use Google Analytics to count visitors and see which pages are read, which sets Google cookies in your browser. Analytics is switched off on the submission form and the confirmation page that follows it, so nothing about you is sent to Google while you submit a review. The submission form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may set a cookie to tell humans from bots.

When you submit, we send one automated confirmation to the email address you gave, from a no-reply address. To have a submission or a published review removed, use the submission form and say so in the message, using the same email address you submitted with.
