All my experiences (3) with Codeable have been sub-par. The first time I ended up paying for $345 for something a coder could not troubleshoot. I ended up paying someone on Fiverr $10 to fix it in 20 minutes. The second time I put the budget at 1-3k and after a back and forth with a developer he told me “sure, i”l do it for 6-7k”. So I went back to my “expensive” agency that had quoted me 4k. Maybe they should better vet the coders. I really wanted this to work as it’s a great idea and finding good developers is obviously hard. I’m no expert, but I build WordPress sites and I feel like I can articulate the job, they just are never able to deliver. Many of the coders also assume you know what they know and do not explain the details in understandable terms for the client which tells me they don’t care if I know what’s actually going on. I’ll stop there.
