Terrible outsource…. they are many programmer but the quality service is not consistent. while i arise dispute but the CEO are siding the programmer…. but it is obvious the programmer are not responsible …. worse experience to deal with them.
I have livechat with your cs few days ago and ask them to check the case, give them the email address of my registration email for investigation. the programmer assign to me, i have check his review, and one of our client also complain about him regarding the optimize website speed. i have screenshot for the prove and ask your company to refund but your company side your programmer.. i pay USD 500 for nothing, the programmer is irresponsible. the website is live and he just do whatever he like without inform me to compress all my website image quality to spoil my website reputation even the image optimization does not improve the site well.. and etc…
And the web speed still so slow and programmer said it is done… and after but in the end i revert back my image and all what programmer have done and change hosting, web speed solved. it means, your company just want to earn money from client without troubleshoting what your clients need in the first place..
I will write many article about your company case… since the satisfaction to your client is 98%, i am the 2 %, i feel why not just refund to me that time since you can’t fix my site.. but stand on the side of programer said that programmer have done something.. must value his time.. oh my god… i ask what the programmer did, the programmer said it cannot telling me what he have done… bla bla bla, and finally he told me he just install 3 plugins. No problem that you just install plugin and fix it in just 10 mins, if the site go well, then i will pay no matter 1 minutes job or what. But the site not fixed and also do not willing to tell me what he have done to the site initially.
